appchk is too verbose regarding unknown ELF sections

Bug Description

App Checker (from appchk) has been criticized for putting out too many
warnings/errors about unknown ELF sections. The proposal is that unknown ELF
sections not known to cause problems should just be ignored, instead of being
warned about.

From one run I did on an appbat app built natively, it would appear that
.debug_foo sections constitute at least a significant number of these. That
run is here:
