Bug Description

As was pointed out in bug #3060, several X11 headers were renamed in upstream:

<X11/extensions/Xdbeproto.h> has been renamed to dbeproto.h

<X11/extensions/dpmsstr.h> has been renamed, there are now three
dpms headers: dpms.h, dpmsconst.h, dpmsproto.h

<X11/extensions/securstr.h> has been renamed, there's now a
securproto.h

<X11/extensions/syncstr.h> has been renamed, and I guess split,
as there's now syncconst.h and syncproto.h

In addition, I can mention several new headers which carry content assigned to
other headers in LSB:

X11/extensions/EVIproto.h (some contents from EVI.h moved here)
X11/extensions/shmproto.h (XShm.h contents)
X11/extensions/xtestproto.h (XTest.h contents)
X11/extensions/shapeproto.h (shape.h contents)

I believe that there is no need to move contents among headers in SDK, it
should be possible to just setup proper "#include" directives so both the old
and new way will work.
