Bug Description
One of the final tasks for closing bug 1761 is to create pkgconfig files which
properly enumerate the libraries needed to link ncursesw. As an additional
precaution, a similar one may need to be created for bare ncurses as well.
The presence of hand-hacked pkgconfig files made the difference between
building a LSB-compliant ncursesw-based lynx and not.
