Bug Description
lptools contains command line tools but they don't have man pages. Such pages are very useful for GNU/Linux systems - and can be generated programmatically from online help if that is desirable.

This is at least partially addressed by lp:~jelmer/lptools/manpages, although it only adds manpages for three new tools (lp-set-dup, lp-list-bugs, lp-project-upload).
