Bug Description
Table mode hides the 'report a bug' and other links in the sidebar. At least the 'report a bug' feature would be useful to have around.
To reproduce:
1) With LPTables enabled, load a bug listing page such as https:/
Expected result:
The page is rendered in table mode, and the right-side sidebar is present with portals/links such as 'report a bug' and list of tags
Actual result:
The page is rendered in table mode, and the right-side sidebars are not shown
I'm using LPTables 0.90 as ported to Firefox by $4 (don't have the link handy...sorry)

The workaround at present is to click on the "Show Soup" button to get these back. The purpose of hiding the right panel is to get maximum width for the table.
I suspect a good solution may be to leave a bar or icon on the right which expands the right panel on mouse-over for easy access.
I want to avoid a settings dialog etc., as this gets more difficult to synchronize between FF and Chrom(e|ium) browsers, though it might be useful for some users who browse fullscreen on wide displays to always retain the right panel.
