bzr-lpreview-body from launchpad ppa blocks python 2.6 install on natty by using site-packages

I installed natty on a new partition, then installed bzr from bzr daily ppa. Then I tried to setup Launchpad development, which needs python 2.6. Python 2.6 fails to install because bzr has put files in site-packages. I had to uninstall bzr, install python 2.6, then install bzr again to get past this.

When it failed to install python2.6-minimal, apt suggested that bzr should stick its files in dist-packages instead of site-packages, which presumably would have allowed the python 2.6 install on natty to continue fine.

Not a bug in bzr or the bzr daily ppa. The package with the problem is bzr-lpreview-body.

Someone needs to fix the build failures: https://code.launchpad.net/~launchpad/+recipe/lpreview-body-daily

Probably simplest for me to leave that to someone who has write access to the recipe and branch, so unassigning self.

I thought Jelmer was in the middle of working on this, but on checking the dates more carefully, I see the last commit was 2011-03-31. I've replied to Deryck's email volunteering to work on this.

I'll put up a MP, but write access would be useful to be able to self-land once approved.
