Bug Description

get buildbot (or some other process) to send a mail to launchpad-dev when it sees a [testfix] commit. Ideally it would be recognizable by threaded mail readers as a follow-up to the original failure notification.

This should be possible. The threading sounds fairly hard, but the rest not so bad.

I think this is reasonably paraphrased as 'buildbot should tell us when it goes out of testfix mode as well as when it goes into it'.
