stats script should use bzrlib

Bug Description
In the stats script, we need to use bzrlib to get the diffstat results, and stop using the command diffstat directly.

Actually my suggestion was to use bzrlib to get the diff and then run it through diffstat
or
get the diff using bzrlib and then run it through bzr-diffstat (https:/
