ec2 land doesn't inform what level of access is required

Bug Description
When running 'ec2 land' for the first time, I get a window asking for what level of access to grant. I have no idea what is required for this tool as neither the tool nor Launchpad has informed me.

In fact "ec2" can set things up such that you get a binary choice, "grant it the access it needs,"
or "no, no access for you."
allow_
or whatever to login_with.
