uses non-default font-sizes, reducing the familiarity to a first-time user and causing the form to be larger than required (see bug #610411). The font is overridden in:

Ideally, the font-sizes would be those defaulted by the browser to help emphasise the difference between instructional elements and those elements that the user is being asked to report on.
