Bug Description
loud-apt isn't in bazaar. That makes loud-base fail hard with a vengeance when you try to install it. This probably needs added as soon as the LCSEE mirror situation is back to normal.

I just ported this to lolucid in the lcsee mirror. You should be able to apt-get source it some time, or just check out the path on the web to the lolucid repos.
