Bug Description

There is a few (IMO) problems with how links are styles in the new theme:

1. http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~qbzr-dev/qbzr/trunk/static/images/ico_link.gif is generally known as an icon for external link, I think it's confusing to use it for internal links on http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~qbzr-dev/qbzr/trunk/changes

2. Links should be underlined, or at least distinct from any other UI elements. For example on http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~qbzr-dev/qbzr/trunk/files has the revision number in the title almost the same color as links at the bottom, but it's not actually a link.

3. It would be nice if active links had some :hover action. Especially now that it's not that clear what is a link and what is not, it would help to have some obvious change (underline, different cover) when the cursor goes over a link.

Another inconsistency is on http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~qbzr-dev/qbzr/trunk/revision/335 - files under "files add" have class="link" with the confusing external link icon, files under "files renamed" don't.

Removed the link icon all together.
It was giving out the wrong idea, and made the interface look cluttered.
