Bug Description

Given a tracked file such as:

  http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~sabdfl/ubuntu-font-licence/trunk/annotate/head%3A/FAQ.html

it is exceedingly hard to just view the file in question. If clicking "download" the file is returned with headers that do not cause it to just open in the browser windows, and additionally with a very long URL:

  http://bazaar.launchpad.net/%7Esabdfl/ubuntu-font-licence/trunk/download/head%3A/faq.html-20100927203505-m9uvumcknb0o7wdi-1/FAQ.html

Ideally there would be nice simple way to just /view/ a file, being that .html, .txt, or an image/.svg and to send that link to other people.

Yeah, this is true. Most of the reason is fear of malicious js.

There's no reason download urls can't be nicer though.
