Comment 1 for bug 1959025

I can reproduce the problem by e.g. visiting https://bazaar.launchpad.net/~canonical-launchpad-branches/python-oops-datedir2amqp/trunk/revision/12?start_revid=12 and clicking on "download tarball" - the message/reaction varies by browser - e.g. in Firefox I only see the server error in the console.
