scan project retrieves wrong branches

Bug Description
When I click on 'scan project' for the lp:locolander project it currently retrieves also branches against lp:~ricardokirkner/locolander/trunk, which is not correct.
scan project should only return merge requests against the project's target branch (ie, lp:locolander)
