Put some help about what to do in the project if locolander doesn't find anything

Bug Description
In a page it said "The project Kilink does not have any processed merge requests."
Why that happened? Did locolander find the branches but no one is approved? It couldn't find any branch? Do I have my project properly configured? *PANIC *runs through the window*
It should be some help in this case, even if we don't provide more info, a short list of things to check, or just a reminder, as in """Do you have a comment with "APPROVED" in your branch?"""
