Transfer of ubuntu-ku.org to Canonical

Bug Description

We have a small website at http://ubuntu-ku.org, the domain of which we have rented long ago and which is hosted on an external server. Now we are moving the site to the ubuntu-eu.org servers, but the domain is still in private hands.

As I understand the loco-domain policy, Canonical wants to be the owner of the ubuntu-xx.org domains. We are fine with that, so we request that Ubuntu should take over the domain from us. Please tell us the necessary steps.

Thanks.

Damn is this bug old :) The domains belong to canonical, point to smurfs NS, and are configurable from ubuntu-eu.org servers using nsset, see http://www.ubuntu-eu.org/?page_id=5

Yes, the domain SHOULD belong to Canonical. At the moment, it belongs to us.

<email address hidden> has not answered at all to our mail.

I would suggest stopping by #canonical-sysadmin during London business hours and asking what the procedure is to transfer the domain to Canonical.
