Users signing in with OpenID having different name shown upon login

Hey guys, I have a serious problem here with the loco.ubuntu.com website!! When I sign in using my OpenID the site don't use my real OpenId(which is:https://launchpad.net/~elacheche) but an other one(https://launchpad.net/~elachecheanis)

We are having problems with users registering to our Ubuntu Global Jam here :

We have many entries as "openiduser#" with broken links. We cannot contact these users or have their names to prepare badges for the event.
Please estimate how much this will take to be fixed and if we can get a link to their profiles.
Do you recommend using another system for this event?

Ubuntu Oregon is also having the same issues this bug is reproducable:

Examples... Any person who signs in right now is coming up as a weird openid user even my own openid is currently now bugged.

This report meets the criteria for a confirmed bug unless someone wants to provide a comment as to why it was set back to "new"

I believe we may have two different bugs here.. One of them I believe is a
duplicate (the openiduser##) and the other (the login being different than
the LP user account). I asked a followup question and remarked it new
instead of incomplete as is normal procedure.

I believe I gave a link in the channel to the openiduser##, so please use
that bug for that problem. The initial bug here does not seem to be a bug
related to openiduser##, and I don't believe I have yet seen any information
confirming this bug.

I think this bug is the same as bug #642132. I am still waiting on elacheche to confirm.
