Bug Description
Computers should do all of the lame work for humans.
As such, the LoCo Directory, being that it is where we have the list of meetings for our team, with the date, time and agenda, should send out the reminder email to the team mailing list the day before the meeting (with the agenda, if there is one).
This, of course, would be optional when the admin creates the meeting ("Send meeting reminder to team mailing list the day before?").
This is different than bug 538177 since this is only for meetings that have been created by the team admin(s) and the team admin(s) have selected whether or not to send the message to the team mailing list. I see this as benefiting those teams that already use the LD for meeting management and who send out reminders to their mailing lists. If a team does not do both of those, then it will not affect them in any way (no collateral damage).
