I am unable to reproduce. Can you please try again and see if you are still having the issue? If so, is there any more information you can provide?

I have this error myself too, for the Dutch ical.

Serving this ical to http://severinghaus.org/projects/icv/ (ical validator) gives errors with the DESCRIPTION.

According to RFC2445 Chapter 4.1 (http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc2445.txt)
"Lines of text SHOULD NOT be longer than 75 octets, excluding the line
break. Long content lines SHOULD be split into a multiple line
representations using a line "folding" technique. That is, a long
line can be split between any two characters by inserting a CRLF
immediately followed by a single linear white space character (i.e.,
SPACE, US-ASCII decimal 32 or HTAB, US-ASCII decimal 9). Any sequence
of CRLF followed immediately by a single linear white space character
is ignored (i.e., removed) when processing the content type."

When changing this in the ics file, the calendar is validated by the ical validator. I havent tried to import the new version in google calendar.

This is kind of a duplicate of #623288. Both are fixed in the other branche by using a python library for creating calendars
