Bug Description
Sometimes I'm not logged into Loco Directory, and I want to sign up for an event. I go to the event page, and down to the attendee section. If I'm not logged in, I don't see any options and this confuses me. I have to scroll up to the top of the page to the log in link, log in, and then go again. There should be a link to log in there, and other places like that.

This is true, could be seen today from people trying to sign up for Ubuntu Hours when they tried to work out how they could say they were attending, they didn't notice the LOG IN. Be nice to make it cleared.
