Menus are getting crowded

Bug Description

The menus are starting to get crowded, it's time we prune some entries or shorten their text. Some suggestions:

1) Move "Venues" from the main nav down to a sub-nav under Events
2) Remove "Go Back to $page" links wherever they appear
3) Remove unnecessary verbiage, for example "team" in "Edit team details" is redundant when you're looking at a team's page.

With #1, should the venues URL stay the same?

#2 - I think that this should exist personally.. That way if you are looking at an object (team, event, venue) you have a link to go back to the list.

#3 - I think that Edit Team Details is more appropriate than Edit Details.. Just helps to confirm what is being edited..

Thoughts from anyone else?

#1 I don't see any reason why the venues URL needs to change.

#2 Maybe replace it with a back-arrow button? Personally I only use the browser's back button.

#3 How about dropping the "Details" part then?
