Change 'Upcoming Reapprovals' to 'Approved LoCo Teams'

The page offers more than just upcoming re-approvals. It is a complete list of the approved LoCo teams, and happens to also list the upcoming reapprovals. I suggest changing the link to 'Approved LoCo Teams'

This is what I currently have. I am waiting on text from the LoCo Council to put in the text area on the left hand side.

Well at present the page is http://loco.ubuntu.com/loco-council/reapprovals and it lists all the up comming re approvals I personally like this page the way it is. It's clear and there is nothing else to distract teams. We can then move away from having a list on the wiki and just use one location. if a team is listed here they have an a re approval meeting if not you don't very clear and simple and would make our lives a lot easier so I'd prefer this page left alone.
