Bug Description
When adding a new event that is part of an Ubuntu Global Event, the date picker is open and allows me to pick a date that is outside of the global event's date range. While some events will want to be outside of the date range, I suspect most don't, so it might be better to only provide a date picker within a few weeks of the date range.
