LoCo Directory should have the ability to have statistcs gathered from it

Ideally it'd be nice to get statists from the data that is in the LD:

List the amount of teams listed - List the teams that are approved and unapproved

List the amount of events that are in the LD both global and local. When looking at the list of Local events list how many each loco has organised.

well paultag wrote a nifty script so we could count the number of approved and unapproved teams, It would be nice if it was possible to have a sort of Approved Teams and unapproved teams, this could be an admin side of things for the council to see and not be public if you like but a way for us to see at a glance how many of each are listed and to see over a cycle if either list increases or decreases
