Bug Description

Many users from the LoCo portal come on to the IRC channel looking for Ubuntu related support not LoCo support. One idea is to add something in the channel's topic saying that this not the Ubuntu support channel and how join that channel.

This text should be added to http://loco.ubuntu.com/irc/ above the embedded chat window.

Yes, that too and maybe something about channels in their language on the page?

something like this could work:
"Note: if you are looking for Ubuntu support please go to the #ubuntu IRC channel"
if somebody else agrees I can made the change to the site.
