Can't set myself as Event Contact for an event I'm entering

Bug Description

When adding a new event to the loco directory for the UK loco, Event Contact is a mandatory field, but I'm not on that list and so can't set myself as contact. I'm a member of the team.

Stuart, how long ago was your first login to LoCo Directory?

Have now logged in again and my name is on the list, so I've now set myself as contact. I don't know what happened to change this, and I don't know when I last logged into the loco directory. It is possible that this was the first time I'd ever done it.
