Provide a way to link users to the language team for a given language, to either get support in that language or provide translations for that language.

Teams providing support are not always clearly identified and the launchpad pages of these teams don't always provide this information on the description.
It should be better if the languages are linked to an URL (wiki page, dedicated pages, ...) to list where to find the resources and what kind of resources is available (like in http://
