unnecessary informations in error messages

Bug Description
In most of the error messages displayed when we try actions we are allowed to (adding events, meetings, ... for other teams for example), we have this type of reason :
"You are not member of the team or on the LoCo Council."
It's good to remind the user it's not a member of the LoCo Team, but it's unnecessary and useless to point the fact it's not in the LoCo Council.

I don't believe that this is a big enough problem to warrant changing it. I actually think it isn't a bad idea to point out the fact that the LC has access to fix things...
