Bug Description

Service urls has hardcoded http:// value, collectd will be unable to reach openstack services in case SSL/TLS deployments

collectd uses the management endpoints to poll the OpenStack APIs and those endpoints are HTTP-based for Fuel MOS.

In my installation we have plugin that enables https on all endpoints, and its would be better when LMA plugins would check if SSL\TLS enabled for particular endpoint

Vlad, until I see your plugin's code, I'm not sure how we can implement a fix.
