Bug Description

Detailed bug description:

I’ve updated v0.10.2 of the fuel-plugin-influxdb-grafana up to v0.10.3
(https://plugin-ci.fuel-infra.org/job/0.10.fuel-plugin.influxdb-grafana.verify/20/artifact/plugin/influxdb_grafana-0.10-0.10.3-1.noarch.rpm)
New version has been installed successfully.

After the plugin’s deployment I’ve seen duplicated links to grafana and kibana services on the fuel-dashboard.

Kibana links have the same ip address (http://10.109.1.8/ - management)
Grafana links have different ip addresses (http://10.109.3.6/ - public and http://10.109.1.7/ - management)

Env description (I’ve tested it on two envs):

Fuel9.0:
 - controller + murano_node
 - compute + cinder
 - kibana + grafana

Fuel9.1:
 - controller
 - murano_node
 - compute + cinder
 - kibana + grafana

Both envs have the same issue.

This is somehow related to this bug in Fuel [1] that's only fixed for 10.0. What I don't understand is why Grafana links point to different IP addresses.
