9.1 snapshot #231, plugins from master

Steps to reproduce:
Run any automated test for plugins with LDAP (for example, deploy_toolchain_with_ldap)

Expected result:
Test passed

Actual result:
Deployment finished successfully, but check "Checking Kibana service at http://uadmin:uadmin@10.109.11.5:80/ with LDAP authorization for uadmin user" failed with error "TimeoutException: Message: Timed out waiting for page load"

After reverting of the snapshot I cannot login into Kibana/Grafana with uadmin/uadmin and uviewer/uviewer credentials

    Fix ldap tests: mostly ui testing part

    Added main menu locator for Kibana UI.
    Increased timeout to load page to prevent timeout
    on opening of Kibana UI.
    Improved message for Grafana UI LDAP tests.
    Fixed "is_admin" determination in Grafana UI LDAP tests.

    Fix kibana ui bugs

    Fix bug with page timeout on ldap with autz
    for non-admin user: incorrect port was being returned.
    Fix bug with unexpected alarm: added awaiting of alarm.
    Reverted page_timeout value, because it is not reason
    of first bug mentioned.
    Removed "Admin" panel from dashboards list in ldap tests:
    it is not presented by design.
