Bug Description

Discovered through a deployment of StackLight. Need procedure explaining how to add a network in Fuel documentation: SL post-deployment failed due to network template misconfiguration, specifically the combination of network templates + SL plugin roles' network assignments
Also: Plugin documentation found on internal repo was lacking any mention of a specific line that is required to deploy SL with network templates
