Elasticsearch logs aren't compressed nor deleted

    Rotate Elasticsearch logs

    In order to fully wrap up the Elasticsearch configuration including
    log management, this commit moves all the Elasticsearch related stuff
    from the manifest into a new Puppet module lma_logging_analytics::elasticsearch.

To apply the fix on the 0.8.x and 0.9.x versions of the Elasticsearch/Kibana plugin, you need to:
- create/modify the files as described in [1] on all Elasticsearch nodes.
- restart the Elasticsearch service on all the nodes. If you have several nodes, it is recommended to restart the Elasticsearch services one node after the other to avoid a cluster outage.
