[LMA] Sahara logs should be collected and sent to Elasticsearch

When Sahara is deployed, the LMA toolchain doesn't collect and process the Sahara logs.

Note that there's no /var/log/sahara-all.log so /var/log/sahara/*.log should be used instead.
