Implement java.lang.Double.parseDouble(String) natively

Bug Description

A quick, dirty and non-complete java implementation has been added for
java.lang.Double.parseDouble(String). It should rather be implemented natively
using some appropriate standard c function or at least be completely
implemented (currently not supporting exponents).
