Bug Description
Step to reproduce:
1. run livewallpaper
2. open the system settings and turn back the clock (a few minutes)
3. livewallpaper will be stopped.

Fixed it in revision 140. LiveWallpaper passed a negativ time difference to the plugins and this led to some undefined behaviour.
