Bug Description

It is currently not possible to retrieve the resource token when you install the Canonical Livepatch On-Prem Service via Snap and internet access is only possible via an HTTP proxy. The following command fails:

sudo snap set canonical-livepatch-server token=<Ubuntu Pro token>

Proxy settings are not considered and the command tries to build up a direct connection to contracts.canonical.com. The problem is that the script get_resource_token.py is unaware of any proxy settings. Maybe the script can read in the proxy-related environment variables and builds up only a direct connection in case when no variables are found.
