Listen ignores files with national characters when invoked from command line

Example:
$ listen -p /home/user/ó.mp3

Output:
Listen is already running
Successful command

But nothing happens, file is ignored, playlist is unchanged etc. Same goes for queue command.
File can be played when selected in the browser inside the program.
Running same command with a files with only ascii characters like 'aaa.mp3' works.
