Library Sorting -- add unsorted words

Have the Library sort (ie Artist, Album) ignore the word "The" at the beginning of Names/Titles. Multi-language support would also ignore 'Le, El, La, Ha' etc

I was about to post a new bug/feature request about this as well. This particular issue is pretty important to my music player usage and if implemented would make Listen my permanent player of choice.

What I was going to post:
"I hate the UI of iTunes, but love how it sorts Artists in your library alphabetically while ignoring articles before the artist name. In other words, "The Pixies" is just sorted as "Pixies," filed under "P."

Would it be possible to implement this feature in Listen? An option within the core program would be best but I could certainly live with a plugin if someone could direct me to one, write one for this purpose, or direct a novice such as myself how to do so.
