Joe, any chance I can say it is a bug related to sandbox branch? Or bugs only are related to projects? E.g. will D5.1v2 and D4.3v1 be separate projects or subprojects of liquidpub?

I believe the way this is done is to file bugs against a 'package'
within a given project. You can see this in the way that bugs are filed
against packages in Ubuntu.

I'll see if I can do this for the peer review paper. For
software-related deliverables it might be an idea to divide them into
multiple packages (e.g. liquidpub-platform-base,
liquidpub-plugin-attack, etc. etc.)
