Bug Description

how Cristhian could be added as an editor of this journal?: http://liquidjournal.org/page.php#journal/10003/settings
If I go to settings I cannot see Cristhian's name in the list of users, although he logged in previously

When the client asks the server the list of all people registered to LiquidJournal, Cristhian is not a user of the system.

I've logged in to the system using my Facebook account a couple of times already,
but looks like I haven't been registered as an user of the system yet.

What should a user do in order to be registered as normal user of the system?
