old text when creating new LJ

Bug Description
I logged in to liquidjournal.org, created a new LiquidJournal, then was filling it with resources from Scholar, then I returned back to the LJ tab and wanted to create another LiquidJournal. The form with creation contained old data - name and description of the journal I already created. This form should be empty when creating a new journal.
