Fab's rant in episode 140 was of low quality. Not enough passion causing a boring fault.

If you fail to specify, maybe he'll get upset enough to go in to a full blown rant of bug reports that lack the information required to fix them, and that rant might be passionate enough to qualify as a full blown rant and this bug can be closed?

The fact that you don't know what you ranted about in 140 is proof enough that you didn't rant very well. The 'poor quality rant' I was referring to was the one about biometrics. It lacked the passion of a normal fab rant.
