The LXDE panel? It vanishes or seperateds the icons?

Bug Description
Once I installed Linux mint 12 LXDE the panel started acting a bit weird, One when I have at least 3 icons of programs on the system tray it vanishes or restards itself. Number two, If I have more than 4 or 3 (again) the icons they start seperating or spacing themselves even though I haven't put a space setting on the panel near the system tray at all. I have no idea why it happens? I looked at forums but there was nothing about it!
Anyone else having this problem? At least when I use Cinneman nothing happens so am using this D.E for now.
