iwlagn driver continually drops connection

Bug Description
Lenovo ThinkPad Edge E520 running Linux Mint 12: Wifi driver drops the connection every few minutes to a new-ish Verizon FiOS Actiontec access point with 'Stopping AGG while state not ON or starting'. Works perfectly against an older Actiontec. dmesg output is below.
