MintInstall wrongly shows package as not installed

Bug Description

Hi.

I'm using Mint12, with Hebrew language.

After installing a package with mintInstall 7.3.5, it's still described as "Not installed".
Only after going back, and loading it again, it's correctly described as "Installed", with a button to remove.

I'm not using Hebrew, but I'm seeing the same behavior in Mint 12 KDE.

I'm runing Linux Mint 13 Maya and mintinstall 7.3.9 and I also see this behavior.
