Mint 12: Screen Doesn't Update in Terminal

Bug Description
When running Terminal in Mint 12, the screen often doesn't repaint after entering a command on the commandline. Often, I have to enter a command, and then hit 'Enter' a few more times to get the screen to repaint and show me the results of the original command. This on Mint 12, 64 bit with the nVidia screen drivers installed. I don't *think* I have anything else funky installed, however if you need more info, let me know how I can find it and I'll be happy to post.

Same on my machine (mint 12, 32 bit, nVidia screen driver)
