Bug Description
All the update notifications doesn't show the changes list.
DIstro: Linux Mint version 12
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the Software Manager
2. click on an update
3. click on the changes list tab
What happened: The changes list tab shows always how to enable it even if it is already enabled.
