Bug Description
after going to suspend
sometimes it doesn't respond at all and i have to hit the power button
it may come online to a blinking cursor or lines of gibberish (due to the grphics bug and boot text) and proceed no further
or it comes back to regular but has a graphics bug where the menu bars are fuzzed out, like color fuzz, but light, not thick... menu popups like the login menu also suffer from this, though windows work well, like nautilus
when 'repost vga bios' is enabled i get the first thing, blank screen, blinking cursor, with 'repost vga bios' disabled (in bios settings) then i get the second problem, with the graphically challenged menus (gnome 3 i believe)
i'm gonna try switching to MATE and seeing how that works
not sure why it sometimes just doesn't recover at all (turns out hardware clock was set wrong, making disk timing invalid or something... )
well, i fixed it, sort of, switched to 'gnome classic' (MATE?)
now i just wish i could hide the panels
1 Linux Mint 12 ; 32b ; gnome ; upgraded to dvd version
2 let suspend or click suspend, upon resume ...
3 fuzzy/faded illegible panels and menus, including logout/reboot dialogue
4 eh?
5 in gnome3 the resume from suspend feature is fracked, though it could be my old rig :) works fine in 'mate' (i presume .. gnome classic? how do i hide the panels?)

well...
decided to not use LM12 ... tried lxde ... figured out alt-rclick ... got the right graphics driver installed ..
kinda forgot why but i decided to quit using it ... it seemed broken after i switched to lxde, maybe if i did a reinstall with the lxde version, to get the meta experience... anyways, i will probably come back to it later, using lm9 right now, gnome, works fine
though i think i have a problem with suspend, lol!
